Way to go from Dhaka to Magura Sadar Upazila
From Gabtoli bus stand in Dhaka, Jhenaidah, Jessore, Khulna, Satkhira and Benapole-bound Chuadanga Deluxe, JR Paribahan, Meherpur Deluxe, Royal Paribahan, Hanif, Sohag, Eagle and any other transport buses will get off at Magura. Rent: Chair coach - 450 rupees, general - 300 rupees. Time: 5 to 6 hours.

Most of the communication system of Magura was dependent on waterways. But due to the lack of navigability of the river, the communication system has become dependent on the road later. At present Magura district is an important district in the south-western region. Improved communication system has been developed to travel north and south from Magura district. If the Padma bridge is built, the communication system will be further improved. There are improved road links with Magura, Dhaka, Khulna, Barisal and surrounding districts.
